Different mushrooms storage depending species maybe different. To store mushrooms, place them in a breathable container, such as a paper bag or perforated plastic bag, to prevent moisture buildup. Place them in the fridge to keep them fresh and use them within a week for the best taste and texture. Do not wash them before they are ready for use to prevent premature deterioration.
